All our clients we work with are assigned a dedicated manager to oversee onsite operations and deal with any issues that may accrue. We personally take pride in maintaining a close professional relationships with all our clients and staff. We like to keep in regular contact to help maintain a consistent level of service, to achieve such goals we have implemented a company feedback scheme.

All security staff are rigorously screened, SIA licensed and CRB/DBS checked with company training programs designed to improve skill sets. Our guards are passionate and motivated to perform at any given task. Able to safeguard and adapt to changing environments with the aim of delivering luscious retail customer service and care. All our guards are capable of working independently and also as a team making sure they take an ethical approach to delivering effective results and performing to the best of their capabilities.

We do not believe in producing complicated lengthy contracts. Our business policies are clear, transparent and easy to understand with simplified terms and conditions. We take great care in ensuring contracts are flexible and accommodate to your needs, we always readjust contracts accordantly to your requirements.
